As a Partner at Inflexion, Catherine has built a track record of working alongside management teams to accelerate significant growth within their business, in the UK and internationally. She co-led the original investment and then the successful IPO of On The Beach, floating the UK’s market leading online packaged holiday business on the LSE and co-led Inflexion’s investments in Mobica and Avantus, and led our investment in PD&MS Energy. Previously, Catherine played a major role in the investments and exits of Viking Moorings, Optionis, CTC Aviation Group, Fish Insurance and SMD. More latterly she has led the exits of Flooid, PD&MS Energy, Mobica, Scott Dunn, Global Reach Group, Glide and Vivona.

Based in our Manchester office, Catherine joined Inflexion in 2005 and has helped build the firm’s strong market position in the north of England. Leveraging her varied investment experience across a range of sectors, Catherine now works with our investee companies to help drive ongoing value creation opportunities and effectively position our investments for exit. Catherine’s whole career has been private equity focused. She spent four years in Leveraged Finance for Bank of Scotland and then Barclays, sourcing and leading leveraged debt packages. Prior to this she was at KPMG Corporate Finance focusing on private equity transactions.

Catherine played national league Basketball for 15 years and represented English Students and England U23. Whilst she also loves a good game of golf, her priority these days is her very active young daughter.
