Freddy is Talent Director at Inflexion, supporting portfolio companies with appointments, assessments, performance management, L&D, organisational design and incentives.

Freddy joined Inflexion from CDC Group, where, as Portfolio Management Director, she built out the People & Governance function. In that role she helped Chairs, CEOs and Executives from over 30 portfolio companies with talent, HR and governance opportunities and challenges.

Prior to CDC, Freddy founded, led and grew businesses in Europe and Africa, including a training & staffing firm, and sat on the boards of several education and talent businesses. She started her career in media and marketing with WPP, based in the US. She has also lived and worked in the UK, France, Spain and Kenya.

Freddy has a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Freddy used to be an avid hiker, skier and traveller. With much of her free time now spent running after two energetic young boys, she has also become a big fan of sitting quietly on the sofa.
