Henry is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing transactions and supporting the origination of investment opportunities in the Healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Henry spent four years at Cinven, where he focused on investments within the Healthcare sector, including the take-private of Synlab. He began his career in M&A at Perella Weinberg Partners, advising on transactions across the Pharmaceuticals, Biotech and Medical Technology sectors.

He has a BSc in Economics from University College London and studied Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Outside work, Henry enjoys playing and watching sports – football (including the American variety) and basketball, in particular. He is also an avid traveller, amateur kitesurfer and shark enthusiast. Henry is a dual British and Lebanese citizen and speaks fluent French (though his Arabic needs work).
