Imy is an Assistant Director in the Value Acceleration team focusing on Talent.
She provides support to portfolio companies on everything from finding the right talent and compensation, to performance management and L&D, to organisation structure, leadership and culture.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Imy worked in a number of People and Operations roles including as COO and Chief of Staff. She started her career as a consultant at PwC.
Imy holds a first-class degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
Outside of work, Imy enjoys travelling, live music and a range of sports including boxing, tennis, running and yoga.
