Jack is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing majority and minority transactions, and supporting the origination of investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2021, Jack worked at Lazard advising on several M&A and financing transactions, predominantly within the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors.
Outside work, he enjoys live music, travelling and revising for wine tasting exams.
Jack has a first class degree in Classics from Kings College, University of Cambridge .
