Jessica Cragg, Legal Counsel
As Legal Counsel, Jessica is responsible for supporting the General Counsel and investment teams across transactional, legal and regulatory matters for the firm.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Jessica spent eight years at Travers Smith in London, where she focused on UK and international M&A and advised institutional investors, management teams and portfolio companies.
Jessica is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys travelling, running and horse riding.
