Jon is a Partner responsible for appraising and executing new transactions and originating high growth opportunities with a focus on the technology sector. Jon led our investments in MYCOM OSI, Comparison Technologies, Halo, and MyPolicy.

Before joining Inflexion, Jon worked at Dunedin Capital Partners for eight years, where he was latterly an Investment Director and Chief Operating Officer. He previously worked as Head of Strategy at the John Lewis Partnership, a management consultant at Oliver Wyman and Chief Operating Officer at a global technology start-up.

In his spare time, Jon is always keen to learn new things and spending time with his young family. He has combined these interests to become a water gun mechanic, go kart instructor and diving buddy for his young daughter.

Jon holds MBAs with distinction from Columbia Business School and London Business School as well as a first class degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
