Josh is an Assistant Director focusing on the firm’s debt financing strategy and lending relationships, supporting new investments as well as the existing Inflexion portfolio.

Prior to joining Inflexion in January 2021, Josh spent 2.5 years at Tatsu/Wyvern Partners where he focused on providing debt advice to private equity sponsors. Josh started his career at KPMG, with two years in investment banking and four years in the firm’s Capital & Debt Advisory team. He spent a year at National Grid, working on the divestment of its gas distribution business, one of the biggest infrastructure M&A deals in recent history.

Outside work, Josh is a keen sportsman, getting out on his bike whenever the weather is nice.

Josh is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Reading, having made the unusual switch from a degree in Quantity Surveying.
