Louisa Hardman is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant for Inflexion’s New York office.

Prior to Inflexion, she served as Office Manager at Hg Capital, where she supported the firm’s two co-heads. Before Hg, she had spent over nine years at CVC Capital Partners as an Executive Assistant to various teams, including the Managing Partner.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to off-the-beaten-path destinations, baking healthy recipes, ticking off her ever-growing bucket list, and spending time with her family.
