Lucinda White, Tax Counsel
As Tax Counsel, Lucinda is responsible for advising on the tax structuring of investments and on other tax projects for the Inflexion funds and corporate group.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Lucinda spent 11 years in the tax team at A&O Shearman (formerly Allen & Overy) where she advised on the UK tax aspects of a wide variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate financing and fund investments.
Outside of work, Lucinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, skiing and travelling.
