Max is an Investment Executive responsible for evaluating and executing both majority and minority transactions, as well as supporting the origination of investment opportunities.

Before joining Inflexion in 2024, Max spent three years with OTPP’s Private Capital team in London, where he was involved in the Veonet and group.ONE investments.

Max holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University. Prior to moving to London, he lived in Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Outside of work, Max is a keen sportsman and enjoys cooking, trying new cuisines, and travelling.
