Meredith is a Partner leading the Inflexion investor relations programme, focused on fundraising and investor relations activities globally. Meredith is a member of Inflexion’s Responsible Investment Steering Committee, is the Firm’s Qualified Workplace Mental Health First Aider and is a member of the BVCA’s Investor Relations Advisory Group.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2020, Meredith was a founding member of Evercore’s Private Funds Group, where she spent nearly ten years. There she was responsible for GP origination, strategic positioning and the execution of capital raises for buyout, growth equity, credit and infrastructure funds in North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently, she was a Managing Director leading the European Project Management and Advisory team in London.

Prior to Evercore, Meredith was an Analyst in the Lehman Brothers Private Fund Marketing Group and a Director of New Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities.

Outside work, Meredith can often be found in the Cotswolds, where she lives with husband and their dog. She loves to travel, especially enjoys visiting friends, family and the beach in her home state of California.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
