Michael is a Partner responsible for origination and execution of investments in the Business Services sector and supporting these companies to achieve their growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Michael was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Crescent Capital Partners, a leading Australian mid-market private equity fund. During his 14 years Crescent, Michael had a strong track record of investing across multiple sectors and strategies. Prior to this, he was a management consultant at Bain & Company working across APAC and Europe.

Having swapped the rolling waves of Bondi Beach for the rolling hills of Hampshire, Michael has pivoted towards trail running, fly fishing and cheering on Southampton at St Mary’s.

Michael has bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law (Honours) and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Mandarin) from the University of Melbourne.
