Mutsa is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing transactions as well as for supporting the origination of investment opportunities. She was part of the deal team that made the investment into Village Vets.

Mutsa joined Inflexion in 2023 from Cairngorm Capital, where she worked on new investments as well as with portfolio companies in the industrials, distribution, business services and consumer sectors.

Prior to this, Mutsa was a Senior Analyst in M&A with investment bank Greenhill & Co. She began her career at Deloitte qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.

Outside work, Mutsa is extending her physical energies from hockey, which she has played for years, to Brazilian jiu-jitsu, hoping for less danger. She also enjoys creating and listening to music.

Mutsa holds a MSc in Applied Statistics, and Water Science, Policy and Management both from Oxford University, and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Indiana University (Bloomington).
