Nancy is responsible for employee compensation and the operation of staff incentive schemes.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Nancy spent two years working for Argenta Holdings (one year outsourced at CTC Axiom and the other in-house at Argenta) where she was an accounting technician responsible for the day-to-day accounting of a number of limited companies.

Outside of work Nancy enjoys spending quality time with her young family and when she can the odd trip to the theatre.
