Phil Chin, Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager
Another keen sportsman, Phil enjoyed participating in the Impetus-PEF triathlon.
Phil is Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager focusing on the internal accounting and taxation of the firm.
Phil joined Inflexion in December 2013 as a Fund Accountant, with responsibilities including fund reporting, taxation and compliance. In January 2017, Phil transitioned internally to focus on the Investment Manager Corporate role, looking at internal reporting and taxation of the firm.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Phil worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. At Grant Thornton, he worked on a broad range of clients including property and retail companies, before specialising in financial services audit where he worked with clients including private equity firms, oil brokers, investment banking and investment trust funds.
Phil enjoys playing tennis and running, and is also a football fan, frequently making the trip up to watch Tottenham play. He holds a Business Finance degree from Durham University.
