Umberto is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing transactions and supporting the origination of investment opportunities.

Before joining Inflexion in 2024, Umberto spent four years at OTPP, where he covered Business Services and Education. During his time at OTPP, Umberto was involved in Busy Bees, Techem, Burton’s Biscuits and OGF. Umberto began his career in the M&A division of Rothschild & Co and Robert W. Baird in London where he advised on several M&A and financing transactions, predominantly within the Business Services, Industrials and Retail sectors.

Umberto holds a cum laude degree in Economics and Business Administration from ESCP-Europe.

Outside of work, Umberto enjoys skiing, travelling, rock music and is a motorsports enthusiast.
