Will Southgate, Assistant Director
Will spends most of his time outside of work trying to get outdoors with his children (ideally, but not always getting them to walk!)
Will is an Assistant Director working with investee companies and their management teams to help drive growth and maximise value.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Will spent six years in the investment team at Rutland Partners, a UK-based special situations investor. During his time at Rutland, he gained experience across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with portfolio company management teams across a range of sectors and situations. Will started his career at PwC, where he worked in the Audit and Corporate Finance teams.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his two young children as well as cooking, cycling, and attempting DIY projects of questionable quality when time allows.
He has a degree in Experimental Psychology from Bristol University and is a Chartered Accountant.
