Yuri Mikhalev, Partner

Yuri is a Partner responsible for origination and execution of investments in the Technology sector, working closely with portfolio companies to accelerate growth.

He started his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan and then Morgan Stanley, transitioning to investing in tech in 2008. Since then, Yuri closed a double-digit number of tech investments in ten countries across Europe and North America, focusing on mid-market buyouts while at Keensight Capital, Volpi Capital and DST Global. Yuri also spent several years at Sovereign Capital.

Yuri holds an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School where we was a George F. Baker Scholar. He studied international economics and finance at MGIMO University in Moscow, Russia, where he was born and raised.
