The company

BES Group was founded as a result of the carve-out of the Engineering Inspection & Consultancy division of RSA Plc, a division which can trace its roots back to 1859. Its predecessors were the companies who developed the original engineering inspection services, National Vulcan and British Engine. Today the company has over 1000 highly trained Engineer Surveyors and Consultant Engineers, strong customer support systems and a wealth of technical expertise.

The initial five years of partnership with Inflexion transformed BES into a unique asset of scale in its market. Management worked with Inflexion’s digital team to create a best-in-class tech-enabled service, while a number of acquisitions expanded BES’s offering, with six acquisitions since December 2020.
