Post Inflexion’s investment, DR&P became one of the fastest growing mid-market insurance brokers in the UK, exhibiting market leading new business and client retention metrics. Following 14 acquisitions under Inflexion’s ownership, including one strategic transformational deal, the business managed a team of over 400 people across 25 offices in the UK and Europe, handling in excess of £620m GWP annually. Inflexion invested in DR&P initially in 2021 and re-invested in 2023 to support further growth of the business.

The Inflexion investment

The Inflexion investment allowed management to enlarge their ambitions for the business and thus represented a step change in the growth trajectory, both from an organic and M&A perspective.

Inflexion’s Value Acceleration team were also involved in sourcing key members of management, as well as building out the technology infrastructure in the business.
