Founded in 1998, today European LifeCare has over 50 specialist clinics in Denmark and the UK where the company trades under a number of brands, including CityDoc and London Travel Clinic. European LifeCare also works for both the Danish and English NHS as a contracted service provider of immunisation programmes in schools and national influenza vaccination programmes.

In a fragmented market, European LifeCare is the number one consolidator and there is significant opportunity to benefit from additional clinic openings. Inflexion is leveraging its experience of working with founder-led businesses to source and integrate add-on acquisitions to help grow the business in the UK and across Europe. Since the investment, Inflexion has supported ELCG with two significant acquisitions and more recently, creation of a pharmacy network with over 160 partner clinics across the UK.
