Founded in 1998, European LifeCare Group is the largest provider of vaccinations in Europe with operations in Denmark, the UK and the Netherlands.

Inflexion has been supporting the business since 2018. Today European LifeCare operates over 77 specialist clinics and is also the preferred partner in delivery of public vaccination programs for the Danish and UK NHS for over 20 years, and more recently to blue-chip pharma companies for vaccine clinical trials.

European LifeCare's management team are capitalising on a growing market, benefiting from strong organic growth driven by its D2C marketing and strong reputation with public healthcare systems, alongside pursuing a buy-and-build strategy to increase their number of clinics. Inflexion is leveraging its experience of working with founder-led businesses to source and integrate add-on acquisitions and has helped the business make three material acquisitions within the markets it operates. Inflexion has also introduced an experienced D2C Chair to steer the business and has enhanced the c-suite with new hires.
