Inflexion invested in National Accident Helpline Group ("NAHL") in 2009. Following five years of organic and acquisitive growth, NAHL listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2014 with a market capitalisation of £82m.
NAHL was previously Consumer Champion Group and the clear market leader with a respected brand. It is the UK’s leading consumer marketing business focused on the personal injury market, providing solicitor firms, helping to connect people with appropriate solicitor firms and other associated services.
Inflexion backed the business in October 2009. During the period of our investment, NAHL’s earnings grew by around 30%.
Inflexion worked closely with NAHL’s ambitious management team to implement strategic changes that drove the company’s impressive growth over their five-year partnership. Together they created ‘The Underdog’, an animated marketing campaign which drove a 50% increase in enquiry volumes in 2013 compared to pre-Underdog levels.
