In 2024, Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund invested in Village Vets, the largest independent group of veterinary practices in the Republic of Ireland.  

Founded in 1980, Village Vets is a family-run business employing c. 260 employees across 19 sites. Village Vets is regarded as a premium operator with best-in-class facilities and general veterinary services for small animals across the Greater Dublin Area.  

Value acceleration 

Inflexion has deep experience in scaling pet care businesses having previously invested in Medivet, a veterinary group that doubled its footprint and headcount during the five-year partnership.  

Inflexion is now supporting Village Vets’ ambitions to deliver an enhanced offering to its customers across a wider geography. A dedicated capital pot will facilitate the expansion of existing sites and new location openings, as well as the development of specialist practices.
