HR Directors Exchange

We recently hosted an HR Directors Exchange, attended by over 25 HR leaders from across our portfolio. We heard from HR leaders at our portfolio companies Lane, Clark & Peacock, Alcumus and Ocorian on their employee engagement journeys, with a particular focus on how to encourage participation across all levels and the importance of inclusivity. The session allowed the group to share their experiences and discuss common challenges.

The second discussion focused on planning for an exit. We heard from Peter Manning, Chairman of Inflexion portfolio companies Glide and K2 Partnering Solutions, Steve Hewitt, Chief People Officer at Inflexion portfolio company ATCORE and former Group HR Director at Lumesse, and Edward Lynch and Andrew Mainwaring from Inflexion, about their experiences of a private equity exit and their views on what HR Directors can do to prepare.
