Chairs Economic Outlook event

We were delighted to host our portfolio Chairs at our annual Economic Outlook event. Simon Wells, Chief European Economist at HSBC, gave his forecast for the year ahead following an unprecedented 2020. The event is always popular with our portfolio, and this year saw a record number of Chairs join, all keen to discuss the outlook for 2021.  

Following Simon’s virtual presentation, an engaging discussion commenced, with guests sharing their personal views, hopes and concerns over the economic outlook for the coming year. Guests discussed the political situation in the USA, alongside the lasting effects of COVID on both the UK and the global economy, and the road to recovery.
