Inflexion's CFO dinner

We were pleased to welcome the CFOs from our portfolio companies to an intimate dinner at Inflexion's offices this week. Hosted by Inflexion's CFO Richard Smith and Head of Tax Josh Griffin, the group discussed the themes of growth, communication and community with a particular focus on M&A, organic growth, transactional processes and transaction preparedness. Stuart Clowser and Andy Ka from RSM also spoke to the group about how the market is looking at these challenges, with a particular focus on the practical and accounting based aspects of the themes.
