Andrea Johnson, Assistant Director
Andrea has enjoyed spending more time exploring the UK recently and had a great time on this scenic hiking trip to the Lake District.

Andrea is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing transactions as well as supporting the origination of investment opportunities. Andrea was part of the team investing in CNX Therapeutics and Upperton Pharma Solutions. She is an observer on the Boards of CNX, Upperton and ELCG.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2021, Andrea spent six and a half years at PwC where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving into the Healthcare M&A team. During her time in M&A, Andrea worked on a number of transactions, focussing primarily on mid-market PE deals.
Outside work, Andrea enjoys travelling, keeping fit, spending time with family and friends, and more recently exploring the Great British outdoors.
Andrea holds a MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bristol.
