Jennie joined Inflexion in 2022 as ESG Director and is responsible for the ESG strategy at Inflexion, alongside providing support to its portfolio companies. Prior to Inflexion, Jennie was Group Head of ESG at FTSE 100 company, BAT, where she was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BAT’s sustainability strategy with a particular focus on ESG reporting, investor engagement, human rights and circular economy. With over 20 years’ experience in ESG, Jennie previously worked for the Co-operative Group and Co-operative Financial Services. Jennie is also the Chair and one of the founding forces behind the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), the professional body for sustainability practitioners.
Outside of the office, Jennie enjoys getting outdoors in her native Lake District, boxing (not competitively!) and when babysitters allow, making the most of London’s live music scene.
Jennie holds an BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester and a MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Salford.
